Nearest railhead is Omkareshwar road (Mortakka) 12 KM on ratlam Khandawa section of Western Railway, presently this route is closed for gauge change. Its expected to be ready as broad gauge at the end of 2018 .

Omkareshwar is connected to Indore Khandawa and Ujjain by regular bus services.

Best season is from July to March . From April to Jun its very hot .
